From a modest clinic to a trusted hospital network
In 1998, BIMC opened its doors with just 10 staff in a modest clinic. With a growing number of patients, 3 consultation rooms and 2 observation beds were soon not enough.
Needing a larger, more comprehensive facility, BIMC built a four-storey hospital in Kuta, secured full accreditation, and went on to open a second hospital in Nusa Dua and a medical centre in Ubud.
More than 25 years on, BIMC Hospitals Bali has cared for up to 500,000 patients, with a specially trained medical team across its three facilities in Kuta, Nusa Dua and Ubud.
We continually update our facilities and staff qualifications to meet both international and Indonesian standards, with values that prioritize patient safety, clear information and proper medical records.
