On arrival, our front-office team will register you with your passport, KTP or KITAS. If you are being admitted, we will walk you and your companions through the admission forms and answer any questions about your stay.
Payment & insurance
We accept cash, debit and credit card payments, as well as direct billing with our partnered international and local insurance providers.
